List of Regulation 28 compliant funds

A list of Regulation 28 compliant funds as advised by Collective Investment Scheme Management Companies that have informed ASISA, certifying that the fund is managed in accordance with Regulation 28 of the Pension Funds (Act 24 of 1956).

The funds listed herein have been listed on the strength of either an audit certificate issued by the auditors of the fund or a compliance letter issued by the compliance officer of the fund, supplied to the ACI certifying that the fund in question is managed in accordance with Regulation 28 of the Pension Funds (Act 24 of 1956). The ACI does not warrant that the funds are indeed managed in accordance with the said Regulation 28. Any clarification in this regard must be sought from the manager of fund concerned. The ACI does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage however arising as a result of reliance on the information provided herein.
