The Financial Markets Practitioner Learnership is best suited to members of investment administration and client servicing teams. It also offers value for staff working in related areas such as compliance and IT. The course focuses on investment management administration and exposes delegates to financial market principles, processes and instruments from both a South African and global perspective.

The academic component of the learnership will be delivered via weekly 3-hour online classroom sessions over 34 weeks, from February 2024 to January 2025, followed by the External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA) in April 2025.

We have set the Academy fee at R58,975 + VAT for this programme, subject to a minimum of 13 delegates. The South African Institute of Stockbrokers (SAIS) is the Assessment Quality Partner (AQP) for this qualification and learnership. Their fees for the EISA and learnership registration are detailed in the brochure.

This learnership is a FASSET-registered learnership (Learnership code: 01/Q010044/00/120/7). This means that INSETA and FASSET registered employers can apply to their respective SETAs for Discretionary Grant (DG) funding for this learnership.
