Inseta Broker Development Programme

Aimed to support the growth and development of SME brokerages to grow the pool and quality of scarce and critical skills within the insurance sector. Selected practices undergo intensive business consulting, including individual coaching and mentoring from expert SME business consultants.

Liberty Broker Programme

Aimed to support the growth and development of black owned SMEs brokerages of the insurance sector and related sub-sectors in order to expand the pool of scarce and critical skills, as well as address the issues of sustainability facing the sub-sector. The programme consists of three cohorts of approximately 30 SMEs each cohort.

OUTsurance Programme

Also known as “Kwande Futhi (to multiply)” programme is focused on empowering and developing small black-owned businesses across OUTsurance’s value chain. These businesses include panel beaters, tow-truck businesses, builders, plumbers, electricians and other artisans, providing both financial and non-financial support to businesses.
